The FIS
Formerly known as the Constitutional Monarchy of the Better World of the region, Hethrum, the FIS is an alliance of three alien races that was formed on Stardate May 27, 2007. Located in the Delta quadrant, the FIS and its goal is to improve the well being of its citizens and establish trade and diplomatic relations with other alien races in the galaxy.
On May 29, 2007, the FIS became a member of the nationstate region of Star Trek. Because of the newly applied membership, the FIS was able to make contact with many alien races, including the Bajorans, Talaxians, Klingons, Vulcans, and the dreaded Borg. Join nationstates and rule your own nation.

Antarian

Homeworld: Antaria Central (Ancer)
The Antarians were a warlike race. Among the three races, they have been the most violent race until an Antarian named Karan, the Great Master of Philosophy, taught them about logic, morality, and the idea of peace. Since then, they have been leaders in religious and philosophical theories. Most Antarians excel in the medical and religious field.
Imhotep

Homeworld: Imh 1
The Imhotep was the first race to engage in first contact with the Antarians. They were also the first race to equip their vessels with warp capable engines. The Imhotep excel in diplomacy and finance. Most of the government of the FIS is headed by Imhotep. The current ambassador to the Star Trek region, Zar, is an Imhotep.
Voth
(Founding Race)

Homeworld: Voth
The Voth are physically the strongest among the three races, which make up the FIS. They are the ‘working class’ of the FIS. Although most Voths work in mines and hold low status in public, there have been a few who have risen in rank and have shown their wisdom, some have even been holding high ranks in the Ministry of Philosophical Ideas.
Vaadwaur

Homeworld: Exer
The Vaadwaur is an honorable race, comparable to the Alpha Quadrant species, the Klingons. First contact was established when an FIS expedition team uncovered thousands of stasis pods filled with Vaadwaur.
Kesat
(S) Kesat/ (P) Kesat
Homeworld: Kesat
The Kesat is a warp capable race. Highly intelligent, the Kesat possess telepathic abilities, although limited to only a few elderly Kesat. Although their fleet is equipped with very powerful weapons, the Kesat values diplomacy over aggression and will almost use extreme measures to prevent an armed conflict with another race.
